Tom Krebs is a stringed instrument luthier with more than 30 years experience including as a certified repair tech for most major brands including Martin, Fender, Gibson, Ibanez, Guild, Suhr, Eastman and more. Born and raised in Pittsburgh, he moved to LA in 1984, played a lot of gigs and built a thriving guitar repair shop. In 2016, he landed the job of head luthier at Pianos 'N Stuff.

Andrew Rauch worked from a young age at his family's lumberyard in Crafton, PA, getting an early appreciation for woodwork and craftsmanship. He worked at Specialty Guitar in Crafton, PA, in the early 1980s, Mainstream Music in Blacksburg, VA, in the 1990s. In 1996, he founded Rocket Music in Blacksburg, VA. After a 25-year career as a registered architect, he's back at the guitar bench full time. He has been playing and fixing guitars all along. 

In 2026, Tom and Andrew, lifelong friends, founded Mill Street Guitar at 406 Mill Street in Coraopolis, PA.
